Southern Lawncare, Inc began in 2005 and incorporated in 2006.  Steve Clark, the president of Southern,  began working in the green industry mowing lawns when he was twelve.  This mowing business inspired Steve to work in the Lawn Care business full time and it inspired him to begin a career in this industry after college.

Steve is the only owner of the company and graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture and later went back to earn a Master's Degree.  He is dedicated and passionated about the green industry.

Southern Lawncare is a relatively small company and we plan to stay that way.  We believe that staying small gives us an edge over the competition because we have more time to focus on our clients.  We plan to become the only exclusive weed control company in the South, which means that now is the best time to become a Southern Lawncare client and you can see the difference for yourself!
