Lawn Care Program

Our most popular lawn care program for bermuda and zoysia grass lawns is our 8 treatment plan. It is 100% satisfaction guaranteed and will definitely keep your lawn weed-free and healthy. If you are looking for fewer sprays per year, we can custom build a program to meet your needs. Just remember, when you start reducing the number of treatments, you give weeds an opportunity to come up in your lawn.

Round 1: (January / Mid-February)

  • Pre-emergent for crabgrass & other grassy weeds
  • Spot treatment for broadleaf weeds (dandelions, onions, etc.)

Round 2: (Mid-February / Early April)

  • Additional pre-emergent for extended control of grassy weeds.
  • Broadcast spray for broadleaf weeds (chickweed, clover, henbit)

Round 3: (April / May)

  • Green-up fertilizer and spot treatment for weeds

Round 4: (June / Early July)

  • Balanced fertilizer to maintain green, healthy turf & promote root density

Round 5: (Mid-July / August)

  • Slow release fertilizer

Round 6: (September / Mid-October)

  • Pre-emergent for Poa Annua using Specticle
  • Spot treatment of nutgrass, dallisgrass, and crabgrass

  • Pre-emergent for winter weeds including dandelions, clover, and henbit)

Round 8: (December / Early January)

  • Lime application to raise the pH of the soil so that more of next year’s fertilizer is available to the grass
